The Municipal Management Association of Northern California is pleased to announce the 2nd annual Job Shadowing Program, an ongoing initiative that will positively impact the future of government management. Be a part of something great! Participate in Job Shadow 2010.

What is Job Shadow 2010?

MMANC’s Job Shadow Program will be held the week of November 1, 2010. The program offers an opportunity for local government managers to host talented undergraduate and graduate degree candidates to experience a half day of job shadowing, showing them firsthand the work of a city / county administrator and to build rela- tionships in the local government community. For government management staff, the program is a way to help attract the next generation of workers as well as recruit future talent.

Managers interested in hosting a student must complete the Agency Host Application by Friday, October 1st.
