MMANC PRESENTS LAND USE SEMINAR

On July 30, 2009, from 10 am – 3:30 pm. the Municipal Management Association of Northern California will present a seminar on land use planning. This training event is for non-planners and will cover the following topics: Long Range Planning – Policy (General Plans, Zoning, CEQA); Current Planning – Development (Subdivision Map Act, Planned Developments); Legal Foundations for Land Use Policy; and CurrentPlanning Issues (AB32 / SB375 – Regional Planning and Climate Control, Smart Growth, Infill Development and more).
